[Pregnant wife] Washington state insurance

I’m working on L1 Visa and I forgot to add my wife to my company provided insurance within 60 days of her arrival to USA. I talked to aetna, they said , they can add her in next year.
Currently she have some private insurance ( covers accidental issues only) and she is 1month old pregnant now. We have to visit doctor very frequently from now.
Can someone please tell me what are my options now. Should I take Washington state insurance ( enrolment open now) or wait for company provided insurance( enrolment opens on feb15,2021) and pay 💰 out of pocket for all docs visit from now to feb15 ?
Thanks!

At ~8ish weeks pregnancy she’ll go through a panorama of blood work, ultrasound and tests. Your WA state insurance premium will pay for itself believe me. We just went through this (did extra genetic screenings) and it reached 3k
Definitely get private insurance and make sure you understand your in-network, out-of-network, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
Don't go cheap on the plan or you'll quickly regret it.
